Challenge Chicane Pro Handmade Clincher Cyclocross Tire

The Chicane Pro is a fast-rolling cyclocross tire for dry grass, hardpack, and paved race courses for riders who prefer traditional clincher tires with inner tubes. The Chicane Pro is equipped with a PPS (puncture prevention strip) between the casing and tread to help prevent punctures. Not a tubeless tire.

The Pro version of the Chicane tread is built on a handmade casing and comes in the popular 700x33 size for cyclocross racing and training. Ideal for dry, early season 'cross when low rolling resistance is a priority. The center section uses a small file tread shape, but there are still some knobs at the edges for cornering traction.

Note: this is not a tubeless tire. An inner tube is required. For best results, pair it with latex inner tubes for low rolling resistance.
