Challenge Strada Bianca TLR Tubeless Gravel Tire
Challenge Strada Bianca TLR Tubeless Gravel Tire
The Strada Bianca excels on poor quality pavement, gravel, and dirt roads. It's an almost completely slick tire with only a minimal file tread. As a result, it is very fast rolling and offers maximum comfort, thanks to its wide casing which allows high air volume.
Low rolling resistance for bumpy, bad roads
Compared to Challenge's other gravel tires, Strada Bianca offers the lowest rolling resistance among Almonzo (which has minimal edge knobs) and Gravel Grinder (which offers bigger edge knobs). You'll love the Strada Bianca on bad, bumpy pavement and rides that go from paved to gravel and back again. If your rides have cornering on loose dirt surfaces, check out the Gravel Grinder instead for some additional grip.
Size and color options for modern road, gravel, and cyclocross bikes
Go black/black for the stealth look, or choose black/brown for that classic "look" with tan sidewalls. There are 30mm (narrower, faster rolling) or 36mm options (more comfortable, higher air volume) to choose from. Either way, you get a lightweight, folding Aramid bead and tubeless compatibility.
- Vulcanized tubeless ready (TLR) type
- Aramid folding bead
- Superlight nylon casing
Tubeless Use:
- Can be used with an inner tube, or setup tubeless on tubeless rims by adding sealant
- Not for use with ENVE SES rims

I've been riding the Strada Bianca 700x36 TLR tires now for 4 months. They are a pleasure to ride, as they are very supple and the Challenge Smart sealant has been retaining air better than any other Tubeless Ready tires that I've owned. Topping off to 35 PSI is only needed every couple of rides.
They required no tire levers when I installed them in the industry recommended manner. I introduced the Sealant through my Reserve Wheels Fillmore valves and the tires popped into the rims very nicely.
I've put myself through more than my share of tire, valve, and sealant combinations, as I have bicycle shop experience and am a reference for my friends, who I don't care to mislead. With this being said, Challenge tires, Reserve Fillmore valves, and Challenge Smart sealant, are now my current standards.
Waiting on tubeless valves after my tech got back from vacation. Stoked to see how they roll on my Diverge with the carbon ICANs I just received. I will update…
