Tour de France 2022 live stream schedule and provider for the USA

The 2022 Tour de France is fast approaching! If you're in the USA, here's how and when to watch via live streaming or cable/satellite.

The 2022 Tour de France will be live-streamed on Peacock Premium

Peacock Premium, the streaming service owned by NBC, is the USA streaming provider for the 2022 Tour de France.

If you've previously watched on the NBCSN cable/satellite channel, or using the NBC Sports Gold Cycling Pass, note that the TV channel is no more, and Gold Cycling Pass has been discontinued. NBC is moving their deep cycling coverage to the Peacock streaming service.

This is actually good news for cycling fans, because Peacock Premium is only $4.99, and is offered month-to-month - that means you can sign up then cancel it following "Le Tour".

The 2022 Tour de France will also be seen on NBC's USA and CNBC channels

If you're still clinging to a cable or satellite subscription, you can find the Tour de France on the NBC-owned USA and CNBC channels. Frankly, Peacock Premium seems like a better value since it's offered month-to-month with no commitment, but if you already have access to USA and CNBC, you've got another way to watch.

When is the 2022 Tour de France?

The 2022 Tour de France (3 week Men's race) is July 1-24, 2022, starting in Copenhagen, Denmark before returning to France.

The 2022 Tour de France (1 week Women's race) is July 24-31, 2022 - timed to coincide with the Paris conclusion of the Men's event. That should help generate interest and viewership.

What about the Tour de France Femmes?

NBC / Peacock recently clarified that the reborn Tour de France Femmes (last run in 1989!) will be live-streamed on Peacock Premium, and at least some coverage will also appear on the CNBC channel. It's still not a 3 week race held concurrently with the men's event as we'd like, but hey, it's a start.

How to access Peacock Premium

Peacock is available on desktop and laptop computers, Apple iOS (iPhone and iPad) devices, Android mobile devices, and select smart TVs. Go to to subscribe or download.
