Rock "N" Roll Extreme chain lube is ideal for commuters who bike to work, rain or shine, cyclocross racers in wet and muddy environments, and MTB riders who ride trails with stream crossings. 

How to use Rock "N" Roll Extreme chain lube:

1. Shake well

2. Apply a stream of lube to the chain at the cassette. Don't drip on the lube, like oil.

3. Get it really wet, this stuff cleans and lubes in one step.

4. Spin the cranks backward for about 5 seconds, then wipe away all excess lube. You can't wipe it too much - really wipe it down good.)

5. Allow the lube to set overnight before riding.
