Designed by Donnelly with tubeless-ready technology for modern adventure and gravel bikes. MSO features smooth-rolling center knobs to reduce pavement buzz with big shoulder knobs for traction and grip on gravel, dirt roads, and trails.

A modern gravel tire with 700c and 650b options

The MSO series is a great choice when you ride to the trails, then ride on the trails. It rolls quietly on pavement, but still has enough grip for confident riding on loose terrain. With a variety of diameter and widths to choose from, there is an MSO for almost every bike.

Riders using cyclocross or gravel bikes with limited tire clearance may like the 700 x 36mm model, while riders with modern frames/forks with more clearance can use the 40mm model.

Choice of sidewall colors

Offered in all black, or with classic tan "brownwall" sidewalls for that retro feel.

Doing some Summertime off-road training on your cyclocross bike? Many modern 'cross bikes designed for 700c can accept 650B wheels and tires too. Load some up and broaden your horizons.

Great for mixed terrain gravel

Hi, Justin here, owner of RideCX. I just used the MSO for the Redlands Strada Rossa ride - 64.00 miles, 6 hours, 6,600 feet of climbing, so I thought I'd write down some of my thoughts on these tires. I installed them about a week prior and they worked out great. This ride really has a mix of terrain - pavement, rock gardens, sand, singletrack, dirt roads and the MSO was a good choice for the variety. I used the 700x40 tan sidewall version, which just barely fits into the rear triangle of my cyclocross bike. Both front and rear aired up easily using my compressor and Arundel presta shop inflator. Good choice for this type of ride. For my weight (155 lbs) I used 30 PSI front / 32 PSI rear which worked OK off-road and still rolled well on the pavement. No punctures.
